MAIN PIECES

Please keep in mind that if you intend to have a large bouquet, or have large flowers preserved, you will need to choose a size to accommodate them. Orders for smaller display pieces that are purchased for a bouquet featuring large blooms may include only one or two large flowers and minimal accent flowers and foliage.

Size Comparison For Each Shape

7 INCH HANGING ROUND*
- $400

*Please note the tray and hanging round are only 2 inches deep so larger flowers will have to be flattened to fit and this will change the look of the flower. Trays are completely functional, but they are heavier than a normal tray. You can choose between gold and silver handles and hanging rounds have a variety of cord colors available*

frequently asked questions

Q. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU ACCEPT FLOWERS FROM OTHER STATES?

We are located in Arlington, Texas but we accept flowers from all over the country! We've even had clients who got married in Mexico, but live in the US, and have a friend or family member fly back with their flowers to deliver them to us. If you will be shipping your flowers to us, we will give you a detailed instructional guide on how to package and ship your flowers safely. Just so you are aware, you will need to ship your flowers overnight for them to survive. This can be very costly, so just be prepared.

Q. WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND WE BOOK OUR RESERVATION?

As soon as you have your wedding date finalized! We can only accept a certain number of orders each week so the sooner you book, the better. Especially if you are getting married during the more popular Spring and Fall seasons (March-June and September-November) as these dates can fill up very quickly. We do accept last minute bookings and can even accept flowers within 5 days of the wedding, if space is available.

Q. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

The short answer is, yes. Due to the amount of time and resources required, all wedding bouquet preservations and recreations require the purchase of a main piece or a package. Memorial orders are not subject to the purchase requirements, however if the order is less than the $150 retainer fee, then the entire amount is due at the time of booking.

Q. hOW SOON AFTER THE WEDDING DO YOU NEED MY FLOWERS?

As soon as possible! Ideally, within 24 to 48 hours so the flowers are still in the best shape. About a week or so before your date, we will email you a scheduling link to schedule a time for yourself or someone you know to drop your flowers off. We do allow Sunday afternoon dropoffs, unless it's a holiday. If you are shipping your flowers you will need to ship them either the next morning or, if you're getting married on Saturday, on Monday morning. You will need to ship your flowers overnight so ensure their survivability. We will send you a detailed instructional guide on how to package them correctly.

Q. HOW LONG DOES THE entire PROCESS TAKE?

From the moment we get your flowers, you can expect the entire preservation process to take about 6 months. This timeframe depends on many things, including the flower drying process, client communication during design, the amount of pieces being made, and the availability of the chosen molds at the time of approval.

Q. HOW WILL MY FLOWERS LOOK AFTER THE PRESERVATION PROCESS?

Color variations will occur naturally. Pinks, reds and purples often darken while some colors lighten. White flowers can turn cream and may appear translucent in the final artworks. Bruises can also be common in flowers and will only show themselves after they have been placed in the resin. The best way to avoid this is to make sure you have chosen a florist who uses high quality flowers and to take extra good care of your flowers before they make it to me.
Due to the nature of flowers having air pockets, some bubbles may occur. We do what we can to minimize bubbles, but as resin cures it can create bubbles from air pockets that are not visible until it is too late to fix them. These bubbles can have a "water-bubble" like appearance that can be really pretty! You will also see bubbles along the edges of the piece. Due to the nature of resin, over time it will take on a slight amber coloring.

Q. cAN YOU PRESERVE MY ALREADY DRIED BOUQUET?

Yes! We can absolutely preserve your dried flowers! Please email us a photo of your dried florals so we may asses them to make sure they will preserve well with our art mediums. We do offer a 10% discount for providing your own dried florals. We will not be able to enhance their color, shape, or condition. We also offer a bouquet remake option; re-create your bouquet with fresh florals! Reach out to learn more about this process!

Q. I WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU! HOW CAN I BOOK YOU?

We'd love to work with you too! When you're ready to book, head to our booking page and fill out the form. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a proposal for services. Once you sign the contract and pay your non-refundable retainer you'll be officially booked!
