Once the pieces have cured, they are trimmed, polished and photographed. After that we will package and ship them to you (if requested) or contact you to schedule a time to pick them up!

#6 the final touches

Once you have approved your designs by making your final payment, your order will proceed to the pouring phase. This phase can take up to 12 weeks depending on the amount of pieces and the availability of the desired molds. Once the pieces have been created, they must cure for 7 days.

#5 the pouring phase

Once your flowers have come out of drying, we will send you a design questionnaire. Your answers to these questions will help us create the designs for your pieces. Once we receive your questionnaire, it takes a few days to create all the designs and, if you choose to see the designs, an email with a photo will be sent.

#4 The design phase

After receiving your flowers, we will deconstruct them and dry them in bins of silica gel. The drying phase can take 4-6 weeks depending on the type of flowers. Flowers must be completely dry in order to be placed in resin.

#3 the drying phase

2 weeks before your wedding date, we will email you a care or shipping guide for taking care of your flowers after the wedding. If you are shipping, you will need to ship the next business day after your wedding and you MUST ship overnight. If you are dropping off your flowers, you will also receive a link to schedule a specific time to drop off your flowers with us.

#2 Drop off/ship your flowers

As soon as you have your wedding date you can book your spot on our calendar. Due to the amount of time and attention needed to care for each order, we can only take a certain number of orders per week. If you are getting married during the "Busy Season", we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE PROCESS!

don't let this condensed description fool you. The preservation process is actually very lengthy and requires a lot of attention to detail. This is an art that cannot be rushed and requires patience. The entire process can take up to 6 months to complete, but it's absolutely worth the wait!
